Super Heavy Duty SpaCasters™

Built to accommodate today's heavier spas, our new Super Heavy Duty SpaCaster™ features six caster wheels. Each caster wheel is load rated for 329 pounds. The total load capacity of this new SpaCaster™ is 1,974 pounds! We still recommend two SpaCasters™ per spa, one under each side, because of the potential for a shifting load to concentrate weight unevenly on the SpaCaster™.

The side rails are made from 3/16" thick steel, formed into a "U" channel. This channel is lined with a 1-3/16" thick x 3" wide, stiff rubber material to protect the surface of what is being carried. The crossbar that connects the two side rails is offset to allow the SpaJack™ to be situated between the side rails when raising or lowering the spa.

The Super Heavy Duty SpaCaster™ weighs 23lbs. A box containing two Super Heavy Duty SpaCasters™, ready to ship, weighs 48 pounds.

Heavy Duty SpaCaster ™

Our Heavy Duty SpaCaster™ is just like the Super Heavy Duty SpaCaster™, but with two fewer wheels. It features the same rugged construction and finish as the Super Heavy Duty SpaCaster™ with a total load capacity of 1,316 lbs. The Heavy Duty SpaCaster™ weighs 20 lbs. A box containing two Heavy Duty SpaCasters™, ready to ship, weighs 42 lbs.
