Spa leaning on the SpaWedge™

The SpaWedge™ makes it easy to lay a spa down or stand a spa up

That's right...one person can now lay a spa down that is standing on edge. One person can also stand a spa up with the help of the SpaWedge™

Specifically designed for the task, the SpaWedge™ is an inflatable air bag made of super strong 18 oz. vinyl coated nylon. It only needs about two pounds of air pressure to function. The SpaWedge™ is double layered on two sides to provide additional abrasion resistance. Safety and performance are the foremost considerations in the design and construction of this product. A quick release hose with valve, which fits most vacuums equipped with both suction and blower hose ports, is included. We sell an optional Oreck™ vacuum.

Here's how to use the SpaWedge™ to lay a spa down

Just center the SpaWedge™ on the spa, about a foot away, and spend about a minute inflating it with an air pump.
Once inflated, turn off the air pump and close the valve in the air hose to keep the air inside the SpaWedge™.
Tip the spa onto the SpaWedge™. Don't worry, it is built to take it!

The SpaWedge™ barely even knows that the spa is there.
Open the valve on the air hose to deflate the SpaWedge™
Place SpaCasters™ under each side of the spa before it comes all the way down.
When the spa settles onto the SpaCasters™ reverse the hose on the air pump and remove the air remaining inside the SpaWedge™.
Pull the SpaWedge™ out from under the spa.

Place the SpaWedge™ back in the carrying bag. Adjust the position of the spa, then use your SpaJack™ to remove the SpaCasters™ and set the spa.
Stand a spa up using the SpaWedge™.
Just lift each side of the spa with your SpaJack™ and place a SpaCaster™ centered along each outside edge. Now slide the deflated SpaWedge™ under the spa, placing it in the middle and far enough underneath so that it is within about a foot of the far side of the spa. Position your SpaKart™ to receive the spa.
Hook up the air pump and fill the SpaWedge™ with air. This takes about a minute. When the SpaWedge™ is inflated, push on the upper portion of the spa to stand it up on the vertical edge. You will be amazed at how easy this process is because the SpaWedge™.
